Lazy, incompetent and using risky strategies
I was a RefundsManager user for 6months. During this time, RM recovered around $2,500. RefundsManager presents itself as searching for 19 different discrepancies. The reality is that 95% of your cases files are going to be either lost shipment units or units lost in the warehouse. I have several friends also using RM and they also found the same type of claims. RM loves these claims because they easy and fast to file. It's a simple matter of checking the shipping queue or looking at the inventory adjustment report. After we ended our relationship with RM, we use the Amazon inventory report and claimed an additional $1,500 for only lost or damaged inventory. Mostly it was RM had not actually performed a basic check to see that Amazon reimbursements were actually received. When we checked more closely the cases created for units lost in shipments, we found that RM was uploading damaged or blank PDFs that would not open as invoice proof. We were never consulted about this. This absolutely puts your Amazon account at risk. RM presents itself as searching for those 19 discrepancies. I believed when I contracted this company they would have strategies in place to find all these reimbursements. Sadly they seem to only file reimbursements that are easy and typically large. We saw this behaviour across many accounts. Use Amazon reports and you will do a better job at finding Amazon lost, damaged and destroyed. Handle units lost in shipment yourself.

We are happy to see that we worked and got back for you over $2500 in a few months. In hindsight after the work was done it might seem easy to do but obviously you didnt recover that amount before. In our ongoing conversation we already pointed out in an email that we DID in fact cover more than the 3 cases mentionined. 19 cases we look out for does not mean that we will find ALL 19 issues on the account, generally the average account will see in between 5-8 kinds of cases, where a top level Amazon seller will see all 19 cases we cover. For your account in particular we covered 7 types 1. Lost Warehouse. 2 Destroyed 3. Damaged 4. Missing Inbound 5. Orders Returned under Wrong FNSKU 6. Lost Transfer 7. Orders Not Returned In our email exchange we provided case ids showing this and you never responded. Over 7,000+ clients are happy and understand that not ALL 19 cases will be found on an account, but we are safely looking out for them .We have been in buissness for over 7 years and have never jeaprodized our customers security . We are sorry that you were not pleased with our service & hope this clears things up.
