Good, but expensive.

Works great, I just wish the % were a tad smaller. They have gotten back tens of thousands of dollars from Amazon for us! And we would have NEVER retrieved this money on our own, 100%, no way. They do a thorough job. Just sit back and get money from Amazon losing your stuff.....and other reasons. You get the reimbursements and pay them their cut. Positive income for sure. I'm very happy to have them.

Refunds Manager is careful to follow all of Amazon's guidelines. They never overwhelm Amazon with cases seeking refunds. Instead they slowly trickle cases in a natural way from an individual's email. We have used Refunds Manager for about 4 years, and have been reimbursed thousands of dollars from Amazon. The 25% payment to Refunds Manager is totally worth it, as we do not have time to work on this.

Easy relationship with these guys. They do exactly what they say with little (none) involvement from me. No complaints

Great – decent treatment and very little friction.

Good service - constant Amazon reimbursements to our account. We don't have to deal with anything. Recommended The only cons is that I've noticed sometimes that they don't follow up on Amazon cases where more reimburments could have potentially been given by Amazon.

When the software works its amazing. I would have given it a 5 but there was a problem with syncing with Amazon for awhile that took several attempts to get resolved. Seems to be working good now and really saves me a lot of time.
