Tried 5 times to order a jacket at their 25% off sale. Kept getting the Verify your account message. Now the sale is ending and no jacket. Emailed Customer Service and got a We are working on it. Customer Service is the worst. They do not care at all. No reply back is unacceptable. Nobody answers the phone.

Sito poco affidabile in quanto il servizio clienti è poco professionale e poco disponibile, ho reso il mio articolo e per settimane non ho avuto notizie di dove fosse finito il pacco. Inutile dire che il mio rimborso l'ho ricevuto dopo un mese e avevo quasi perso le speranze. Le tempistiche sono assurde, non mi sembra un'azienda al quanto seria dalla mia esperienza.

Il negozio on line è PESSIMO scordatevi tempistiche stile Amazon. Ho fatto un ordine lunedi 13 Dicembre.Il 14 Dicembre mi dicevano che per problemi di sincronizzazione un articolo non era più disponibile. Ho deciso di confermare l'ordine con 2 articoli su 3 rimanenti . Hanno emesso un rimborso IL GIORNO STESSO (CHE ANCORA NON HO VISTO) e hanno rieffettuato un altro ordine. Venerdi 17 L'ORDINE NON ERA ANCORA STATO SPEDITO! Ho annullato l'ordine e sto aspettando il rimborso ancora del primo ordine! (quello effettuato il 13 e poi riemesso da loro il 14) . Ho scritto per confermare e per chiedere del rimborso e ancora non ho ricevuto risposta! La disorganizzazione è imbarazzante! Se siete masochisti e perversi allora accomodatevi pure.

Mickey Mouse company. I ordered a parka from the "1954" site the day before Christmas. I also ordered some goods from Italy and France AFTER the parka. They arrived and my parka still hadn't SHIPPED, despite them being a US firm. I called and was told they were pretty sure it would ship soon. Then I called a week later. Same story. Then it was weeks late and when I called I was told they would find out and contact me. They didn't bother to respond. Days later I called. It had been a month since I ordered when I was told they didn't have it. So I missed the after Xmas sales and it is snowing here in Washington DC, where I have no parka. Great work Refrigiwear. You held my money for a month for coat you never even had. I spent hours, HOURS dealing with your customer service, who while pleasant, can't gloss over you incompetent inventory management and laughable communication. Shameful behavior.
