Refine PackagingReviews of refinepackaging.com

My boxes look beautiful. My customer service representative, David, provided me with excellent customer service. He was quick to respond and he accommodated all of my requests. I only gave a 4 star rating due to an odor from the packaging material. I will definitely purchase again as customer service, value, and quality are on point.

David did a fantastic job staying in touch with me. He was helpful and responded quickly throughout the whole process. I appreciate his help and efforts to guide me through this process as a new customer! Thanks again David! - Kyle

Great fast service, very professional. I get exactly what I was looking for.

Steven was very efficient and got my project moved through the design process very quickly. We are very pleased with the end result and we will be using this company again.

Steven was very helpful - checking in to help keep me on track and being prompt in his responses. He helped me get the right product for our need.

Excellent and prompt service - throughout the entire process! At the end of the day, I went with Refine Packaging because Harry (my customer service representative) exemplified both of these traits. He was polite and quick to make sure my business needs were satisfied. Time will tell on the quality of the packaging we received - great so far! Our end product looks very sharp and professional. I would highly recommend this company!

Everything turned out great, I sent in pictures and dimensions of what I wanted and they got it right! Great at communicating and awesome turn around time.

The paper stock, printing, and customer service were all of excellent quality. Extremely responsive and accommodating.
