Brian and the refine packaging team always does great work. Very knowledgeable and my boxes always turn out great. Brian is great at communicating and working with me. Also, the production times are always quick. Moreover, they go above and beyond to give me additional support. Definitely would recommend.

Horrible experience! My boxes were measured wrong, we take partial blame but what the company does not tell you, and I hope this helps. When you fold the box it adds height. They are extremely expensive compared to other companies I found, they did nothing to help us after wasting so much money! The product comes from Pakistan and you will be paying extra hidden charges they also don't tell you about. They offer 3d proofs of your order YET I wasn't shown one or told about it until after I complained, my rep was extremely rude after we had issues I do not recommend, after wasting 4000$ getting no help, I found another company who are half the price same exact quality and faster shipping!

Thanks for your detailed feedback! We apologize that your experience wasn't as expected with Refine Packaging, it's our mission to help make it simple for businesses to design and order custom boxes and affordable packaging online. Our packaging specialists gladly work with all customers throughout the entire process to ensure the highest quality deliveries. With that said, we have a few comments to help provide clarification. The box dimensions for this order were based upon the stated box measurements that were provided to us, and later approved via email, as the product was not submitted for our team to measure and provide guidance. Regarding additional fees, there are never any hidden fees with Refine Packaging. All provided price quotes include all aspects of production and shipping. Any and all additional fees would have been taxes according to the laws of your state. We welcome your input and the opportunity to resolve your concerns fully. Please contact your customer support representative via email with any further questions or updates. Thank you.

We had prompt and thorough customer service from our contact, David White. The job was printed well, on time. My only advice if you use them is to request a packing slip at the time of order; they don't include one automatically. Overall, a good experience.
