yes i ordered some shoes 7/10/26 and have yet to receive them and when emailing them i’ve been blocked and checking the tracking number it states it was delivered in september ( not sure where it was delivered to but it wasn’t to my address) & why would it take over 2 months to be delivered? i just want my refund! this company is not trustworthy

Wrong shoes were sent (different style and wrong size) and did not look authentic The return process was also terrible and took way too long to get my refund. Will never purchase from this company again

Sent fake shoes by this company. A complaint was raised immediately and they refused my statutory right to a refund. Utterly untrustworthy. Avoid at all cost.

Refined Shoes took over a month to ship my order. When it finally arrived, it was two sizes larger than what I ordered in the wrong gender. I tried to contact with five emails and no response. No correction or contact ever made.

Would not recommend you buy from the company, I am still waiting on the training shoes I ordered in September 2023 I have sent email after email with no response, they were not shy taking the £80 for them. I will be taking this up with the Ombusman after the New Year, they won't be getting away with it.

Scam. Ordered some trainers on 2nd October and have heard nothing about delivery. I have chased twice but to no avail. Stay away from this company.
