Hello Terry, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and understand why you feel upset. After reviewing your account, we can confirm that your campaign was activated and assigned for distribution; however, lead delivery in your selected coverage area has unfortunately been slower than expected. We also understand your concern regarding communication, and we apologize if there was any delay in response from our side. We want to make it clear that we do not intend to leave any client without support or resolution. Please reach back out to our support team directly with your account details so we can review your case immediately and work toward a proper solution, whether that involves campaign adjustments, lead replacement review, or account resolution. We value transparency and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this professionally. – Referrals Trade

Sheral, we understand your frustration and we’re sorry to hear this has been your experience. We’ve reviewed your timeline, and while your account is active and eligible, lead flow can vary and does not always begin immediately after onboarding. That said, going this long without receiving a lead is not the experience we aim to deliver, and we take that seriously. We also want to clarify that we do not promise guaranteed or fixed lead volume, but we do stand behind providing real, vetted opportunities—and we want to make sure your account is positioned correctly to receive them. Let’s get this resolved properly. Please reach out to us directly so we can review your allocation, check your coverage area, and prioritize your account where possible. Referrals Trade
