I agreed to a lower payment for a 1 week trial. That’s all I agreed too. The full amount of over £20 a week was a silly amount. So I just went for the 1 week I then went on to cancel the subscription 1 day before the end. But then I log on to my account and find they have taken 4 amounts of £20.99 on the 30th July. And then another one payment of £20.99 on the 31st July. As soon as I saw this I instantly froze my card. And contacted my bank. And I’m still fighting trying to get my money back, because Santander has said because I agreed the subscription in the first place they cannot prove that I cancelled it. I’m beyond livid !! This company and many like them are fraudulent companies, and they will take money from your card without your knowledge or permission! The reels you see online are how they catch you . As soon as you agree the either free 1 week trial or lower price 1 week trial. They have you! And they WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY even when you cancel the subscription! Like I say I’m still fighting to try and get my money back via the bank. 😡

Finger weg von dieser Abzocke. Das Wochen-Abo ist völlig unverschämt teuer für das bisschen Inhalt, das man bekommt. Man kann angeblich jederzeit kündigen — funktioniert aber nur, wenn man zufällig genau weiß, über welches Konto man das Abo abgeschlossen hat. Bei mir kam der Kauf über eine Instagram-Werbung, und seitdem ist die App nicht in der Lage, mir irgendein zugehöriges Konto anzuzeigen. Der Support schickt einem stumpf immer dieselben nutzlosen Standardanleitungen, während die Abbuchungen munter weiterlaufen, Woche für Woche. Am Ende blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als die Kreditkarte komplett sperren zu lassen, weil eine Kündigung über den Support schlicht nicht möglich ist — offenbar mit Absicht. Für eine schäbige 30-Minuten-Serie dieses ganze Theater und diese dreiste Abkassiererei. Absolute Frechheit, meidet diese App wie die Pest. Jeder normale Streamingdienst liefert für einen Bruchteil des Preises ein Vielfaches an Inhalt und Seriosität.

i cancelled my subscription and they have continued to bill me for 29.99 a week for months now. I have contacted every available channel for them with no response. I have to contact my bank and dispute in batches. they will not respond or resolve the issue

Absolutely outrageous and incredibly greedy. Charging £10 for just a few extremely short episodes while constantly pushing people to pay more is ridiculous. This kind of shameless money-grabbing should not be allowed on the Apple platform. The value for money is appalling, and the whole thing feels designed purely to squeeze as much money as possible out of users. Very disappointing — I would strongly advise people to stay away.

Scammers: not to be trusted.

They advertise as having free episodes. At first there were series marked as free, but now there are none marked free. The coins expire so you can't really build a reserve. It's set up so that you either have to use your coins or pay for a subscription. Each day to earn coins you must start a new drama and finish a drama. Each drama has an allotted number of free episodes, but even if you stop watching before hitting a locked episode they charge you for a locked episode. Honestly there are better apps out there for these short dramas that don't make you jump through hoops and allow you to continue to watch ads to finish a drama in one sitting.

Terrible. Super expensive with constant hidden charges. I watched one reel which took an extra hour because of the amount of adverts I had to watch even though I had subscribed to full service. The adverts are longer than the bit of film you get in between. Do not bother unless you enjoy being frustrated. I cancelled my subscription after 4 hours. Remains to be seen if they take more money off me as a lot of people report

Scanned my daughter kept trying to take 20.99 at least 5 times a day and she ain’t using it scanners
