Ganz große Warnung!!! Es wird trotz fristgerechter und in der App bestätigter Kündigung UND nochmaligem Hinweis per Mail weiterhin versucht unbefugt Gebühren einzuziehen. Der Kundenservice stellt sich tot, das ist definitiv Betrug. Meldung wegen illegalem Verhalten ist gemacht.

Like many others, I have tried repeatedly to cancel the weekly charges to my account to no avail. I paid for the trial period in August for $9.99 using my debit card - big mistake. I cancelled my account after one week, but i noticed that I was charged $19.90 the following week. I contacted Reelshort and asked them to stop charging me. The next week another charge of this time for $29.99. Again I contacted Reelshort. I received the same canned reply. I followed the steps provided and cancelled the "subscription" i never signed up for. I then reported the charges to my bank and a hold was placed on any new payments, or so I thought. I was charged again -$19.90, then again $29.90. I contacted Reelshort again and received the same canned response that contained screen shots of the steps I needed to follow to cancel my subscription. I noticed that I had cancelled my subscription but now had 6 new subscriptions I never signed up for. I cancelled them all, but one I could not cancel. Finally I had to cancel my debit card to stop the charges. In October, I received notice from Reelshort stating that they were unsuccessful in charging my card and I needed to update my payment method. LIKE HELL I WILL. DO NOT fall for this fraudulent site.

They simply won't stop charging me. I madr one pursese and keep getting extra charges. The instroctions they gave me to avoid these charges are not applicable. I show that to them via screenshots, and they keep repeating the same. I ve emptied my account and now will probably have to deactivate the card I' ve used to pay. What a huge mess... Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Don’t use them they are thieves I use them for a week. Cancel my subscription a month later they took out money again and didn’t even unlock the app their thieves the only way to stop them cancel your card.

Very bed app, they are taking money and on the end you found that somehow coins disappeared!!! When you complain to them they do not responding at all. Do not use them!!!!

Deductions are going out of my bank card from ReelshortW and I don't even have access to one single 'drama'. I contacted Maple Studio to cancel the subscription which was unauthorised. Replies are robotic and unhelpful.
