I subscribed for 1 week with intention to cancel after- I cancelled on day 6 from the Google store like it states on their app to do yet they've taken 2 payments since this. It states on my Google store I no longer have a subscription yet money still being charged and its growing each tome they tane a payment. No customer services listed on app no contact details. It's shocking, not happy at all! - Money robbers

Videos were good. Now that I have canceled my subscription, I am still being charged weekly for the app. I have contacted the parent company and they refused to help me cancel the payments being taken out. I will never subscribe to this app again and do not recommend starting this service to anyone!

Unauthorized charges and no customer support – Guest user I am extremely frustrated with ReelShort. I used the app as a guest and never created an account. Despite this, I have been charged multiple times and I have no way to manage or cancel the subscription. I have already sent multiple emails to customer support and received no response at all. Guest ID: 572955204 This is unacceptable. Charging users without providing a way to cancel or proper customer support is not acceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately and all future charges are stopped, I will escalate this case with my bank and consumer protection authorities. I expect a prompt response and confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.

I paid for a subscription and in the process of attempting to "bind" it to my information it "went away"! Sent feedback requesting assistance with the UID it was attached to and got the runaround. Did cancel through Google but they said it was the wrong one and charged me three times. After several messages to them, they "conveniently" found the right UID and cancelled my subscription, mind you after getting three payments and me basically harassing them! They are scammers!

I can't get them to stop charging me! I canceled 2/22/26, but am still being charged. Run away

They are horrible you cannot get them to cancel subscription they charge every week and when you reach out they give you ways to cancel that dont work do not deal with REELSHORT!!!!!

My experience was that of watching film shorts and getting paid differently for each. No one from Reelshort was willing to speak with me by phone. EVERYTHING was done in WhatsApp. I completed ½ of the training. When I went to finish the training, the "Training Mentor" refused to speak with my my telephone. She would not refer me to someone who could answer my questions. Stay away from these folks. Why in the world would I consider working for a company who will not speak to me. Buyer BEWARD....Also, stated Guaranteed salary, $6600 a month. SURE??????? Take my advice, stay away for working for these guys .

Do not download the app. They will automatically start stealing your money . Even if you cancel they will keep charging your credit card . When you emailed them for a refund the response will be AI and they will keep asking the same information over and over again even after you send it . It’s a complete scam !!!I would give zero stars if I could
