Получили 2 очень содержательные консультации, помогли нам определиться с решением

I reached out for a consultation and provided detailed information about my case. I waited all week for the meeting, as the matter is incredibly important to me. However, just 50 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a notification that the consultation had been canceled with an explanation that they could not help. Feeling disappointed and frustrated, I asked if we could proceed with the meeting regardless, but unfortunately, I received no reply. This experience left me feeling unsettled. I'm left wondering if they only handle straightforward cases that people can handle themselves, or if it was simply an unfortunate circumstance. Regardless, the lack of communication and sudden cancellation has left me feeling not great about the situation.

Full number of services from scratch to the new citizenship and even after - any question got a prompt reply, any movement got a full guide where to go and what to do. Great girls

It's 10/5. Not only were our requests resolved and addressed professionally, but the Reelo team's unwavering commitment and expertise in administrating a start-up in the US played a pivotal role in resolving a complex case, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the outset, the team exhibited high professionalism and a deep understanding of the intricate administrative processes. The specific case involving the unblocking of our company presented numerous hurdles, but the Reelo team navigated them with remarkable skill and efficiency. What truly stood out was the personalised attention and dedication demonstrated by the expert. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the challenge was addressed comprehensively and in a timely manner. The transparency in communication and the proactive updates provided throughout the process were instrumental in alleviating our concerns. In addition to the team's professional competence, their positive and collaborative attitude throughout the process created a supportive and reassuring environment. It's evident that Reelo understands the intricacies of administrative challenges and values the client relationship, making the overall experience exceptionally positive.

I used several firms before to handle legal stuff when running companies in the US, and it usually went from okay to horrible. Doing the same thing with Reelo was way easier, quicker and more transparent. Would come to them again!

Reelo staff was guiding us on every step in our Portugal relocation journey. Professional, responsive, and responsible team who know all the caveats along the way and have a database of contacts comparable to the intelligence agency ))) They can answer all the questions, provide support, and improvise if something goes wrong.

I would like to thank the Reelo team. Everything was too simple and easy, I couldn’t even believe it a little. All consultations were detailed, simple and understandable. We calmly prepared all the documents and edited them with a lawyer. At every stage, I was held by the hand like a child and always supported. From the start of preparing documents for submission to receiving the card, four months passed. I am very grateful to everyone. Calm, easy and professional.
