However, the company promptly refunded the money for the out-of-stock items, which was a positive aspect. Overall, although I had some unpleasant experiences with orders from Redzoneshop, I appreciate their responsibility in refunding money for unavailable items. However, I hope that they will improve their inventory management system to avoid such situations in the future.

The item that I ordered was “in stock” in my size but got cancelled due to not being available. The website should improve their live inventory.
