NO Customer Service and Tracking.
I ordered two T-shirts. I received an order confirmation and no tracking number. I looked on the website and was told that tracking would be sent to me when they sent it out. The tracking number never came. I sent an email through their "Contact Us" form inquiring about a tracking number. I did not receive a response. When I checked my order status through their website, all it says it that the order is completed which it wasn't because I did not receive it nor a tracking number to check on its status. Their categories of shipping are terrible and misleading. They do not put actual tiers of shipping service but generic categories. I paid for "Fast Express Shipping" (what does that mean???) expecting Priority Express through USPS or FedEx/UPS and instead received normal priority through USPS, their normal service tier at the time this review was written. I have given them two stars because I did get my T-shirts and thus they did provide me with what I paid for but I would not recommend them to anyone.
