Head of Customer success was less than successful. Said they could not provide agents at first bc my property was not eligible, then he said he would provide agents but never did. Said he would email me agents and connect me with them but never did.

Hi Steven, Thank you for your feedback - we understand your frustration and want to clarify what occurred. We exchanged several emails explaining that we were unable to activate your property because it is currently listed for sale with an agent under an active agreement. As a policy, we cannot interfere with an existing listing contract, and this is why your property was initially deemed ineligible for activation on the platform. As a courtesy, we also offered to reach out to agents on your behalf for a potential connection once your listing agreement expires. We did follow through on that outreach; however, the agents we contacted were not comfortable having their information shared while you are still in an active agreement. We had to respect their wishes, just as we respect all active contractual relationships. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. These guidelines are in place to protect all parties involved, and we must adhere to them consistently. If your situation changes in the future, we would be more than happy to assist you at that time. Thank you, The Redy Team

Thank you for your interest in Redy. Our team reviewed your property profile, and unfortunately, it does not currently meet our platform requirements. We are unable to match you with agents at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hey there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - we understand how frustrating this experience may have felt, and we’d like to clarify what happened. When a property is moved to a status where we’re unable to match it with agents, it’s typically because it does not meet our platform requirements. In most cases, this is due to the property already being actively listed for sale under a signed agreement with a real estate agent. Because of this, we’re unable to activate the property on Redy. We strictly respect existing listing agreements and cannot interfere with another agent’s active contract. Redy is designed specifically for homeowners who are not yet represented and are looking to connect with agents to list their home. We do send a detailed follow-up email explaining this process, and we’re always happy to assist once your current listing agreement has expired. Separately, we do want to address your comment about agents on our platform. Redy has a network of over 22,000 real estate agents across our marketplace from all different brokerages. For that reason, the claim that we are “fake” or do not have agents is simply not accurate. Our ability to connect sellers with agents depends on meeting the platform criteria outlined above - not on agent availability. Thank you, The Redy Team

Worthless!! No value added!!! The only good thing was the 1.5% & $1,800 up front money vs. 3% like it normally is. I will use RedFin or some other flat fee broker to get it on the MLS and do the work myself next time. Both my realtor and the selling agent missed the way I checked what was staying with the house and what I was taking and they missed the way the commission for the selling agent was listed on the contract. It eded up costing me $1500 because the people that I was paying $33,500 were incompetent and not good at their job. Realtors are worthless and 99% of them add no value, they just take, take, take. The broker agent system is out of date and adds very little value. A pilot with 5,000 plus hours of flying has skills and an experience set that very few people have and they make $100 an hour, these idiots made $300+ an hour and missed a mistake I made and I caught a mistake they all missed. You should not get paid unless you add value or something measurable to the transaction, free loaders and leaches are worthless.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating this situation was for you - especially when it resulted in a financial impact. That’s never the outcome we want for our sellers. We understand your concerns regarding the transaction details and communication breakdown. While the agents you selected are independent professionals, this is exactly the type of situation where we expect a higher level of attention and execution, and we take feedback like this very seriously. That said, we do want to clarify that the goal of Redy is to create transparency and competition among agents, so sellers can compare options, negotiate better terms (like the reduced commission and upfront cash you received), and choose who they feel is the best fit. In your case, you were able to secure 1.5% and $1,800 upfront, which is a strong outcome compared to traditional models - but we absolutely recognize that cost savings should never come at the expense of quality service. Your feedback highlights an important point: execution matters just as much as economics. We are actively working to continue improving how we support both sellers and agents throughout the process to ensure nothing is missed and expectations are met at every step. We’d welcome the opportunity to connect with you directly to better understand what happened and see if there’s anything we can do to make this right. Thank you again for your honest feedback - it helps us improve. — The Redy Team

Useless platform with desperate shady realtors

Hello - We are sorry you had such a poor experience on our platform. While we vet every agent who applies on our platform, we can't always guarantee that they will act professionally once you select them to work after meeting with them for the walkthrough. We have reached out a few times to find you a new agent and rectify the situation. If you could please reach out to us at [email protected], we'd love the opportunity to continue to help you!

I signed up for bidmylisting and completed the info online and was given 3 options for agents who did bid for my lusting. The first agent I picked offered the highest amount but he didn't like my asking price or terms and he politely declined. The second agent didn't seem to have any issues with my asking price or terms and sent over a listing agreement which I signed 8 days ago. The listing agent called me a few days after I signed the agreement stating that he didn't know he would have to pay upfront and that I was asking for too much money. Etc. essentially I got the agent who was going to take my listing and hope for the best with no skin in the game. Redy.com refuses to pay even though I signed the listing agreement and states that I have to let the agent do a walkthrough which the agent himself cancelled twice. I don't understand how they have agents on their platform that don't know how they work. They had me sign a listing agreement for payment and that payment is nowhere to be found. I say stay away from the headache. I feel I way over invested my time for $1000 that Im having to fight for

Hello - First, we want to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. We received information from the agent that tenants were still living in the main house and that you were still negotiating the price. As our platform only works when the seller & the agent both confirm that the walkthrough has been completed and a listing agreement has been signed. We have removed the agent from our platform due to violations to protect sellers like yourself. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us as we'd love to make rectify the situation.
