RED ValentinoReviews of redvalentino.com

They have no customer service. I ordered a dress and I waited patiently for 3 weeks. They charged me money but did not send anything. I wrote to the customer service 3times. They never respond any word nor refund my money.

I have questions for you with regards to a returned parcel that has not been refunded : 1. Why I was unable to book my parcel to return online via UPS website? 2. Why the tracking number you gave me in my original parcel could not be recognised online. 3. Why after 2 hours on a phone to UPS they were unable to trace my tracking number and had to start again and rebook the parcel? 4. Why UPS never turned up to collect my parcel on the day agreed. 5. Who is going to recompense me for the time and cost of driving to a depot to send the parcel the first time due to failure to collect. 5. Can you advise why the parcel was then returned to me 2 days later. 6. Can you advise why all the paperwork had been removed from my parcel? 7. Can you explain why I had to download a new set of forms from your website and manually complete all the documentation for a second time and reattach to the parcel. 8. Can you advise who will compensate me for having to drive my parcel for a second time to the UPS depot for drop off. 9. Why no one advised me throughout this whole debarcle that I needed a second tracking number. 10. Why the parcel was accepted for a second time at the depot with the original tracking number and now you insist on me providing you with a different one. 11. Why the assistant at the UPS drop off depot stated that “this was happening all the time”, paperwork taken off parcels and the parcel ending up back with the sender. 13. Why you failed to respond to 3 e mails and 2 facebook messages with regards to my return when I attempted to contact you for advise. 14. Why you are now suddenly bombarding me with e mails because I disputed the transaction but ignored me prior to this? 15. Why you have a whole stream of poor feedback about your customer service and failure to communicate/process refunds for customers. 16. Why you are constantly sending me the same message stating send a tracking number when I have provided it 8 times. 17. And finally why you have never once acknowledged the inconvenience this parcel return had caused me simply sending the same curt question asking for another tracking number that doesn’t exist. Your customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced.

I wouldn’t give them even one star! Customer care is non-existent! Don’t buy from the Red Valentino e-store. If you send an item back, they’ll never return you money. I sent one a day after I received it with all the paperwork and labels in place. That was three weeks ago now, no refund! Nobody replies to any e-mails, there’s no phone number for customer care. Yes, I agree with the previous review, they are stealing money from their customers!

Awful. I've returned two items in one parcel and I received money back for only one of them. Contact forms doesn't work, no emails or phones presented to reach out support. They just stealing money from customers.

Any website that under yoox is absolutely terrible customer service, it went down more and more, truly can't one day near future other big luxury online retailers will kick them out of business, modaoperandi is way better than netaporter for along way RedValentino is only ship out fauty item to customers and useless cuatomer service when they needed them .

I bought a Red Valentino earrings on sale For $255 after 40% off, and it the last piece, and I need it for my upcoming Mexico trip, when it arrived, it lost a stone, I was asking for a % discount As it defect item, And which that $$$ of an earrings , it not cheap and I expect the perfect condition. After email RedValentino, or Yoox as you could call it, they just replied to me with the most useless thought, I don not ask to reship same time, I asked for a fair outcomes in this situation. Terrible customers service

Bought shoes from Red Valentino e store, one shoe developed a fault during 2nd wear. Emailed customer care twice, tweeted & finally phoned to try to get sorted. Store manager basically said it was my fault for wearing & that I need to either take them to their London shop or send them at my own expense. They would then send to Italy for at least 2 months to decide if the shoe is faulty. I have sent them photos, the shoe is clearly faulty. I have a pair of of shoes costing a lot,of money that I can’t wear and their so called customer care don’t care. Such a shame as the shoes are lovely, really appalling treatment of a customer.

As long as their website ran by net a porter I will never buy. Non existent customer service, guaranteed defective product and a headache to return. Will keep your customs fee.
