Great product and great customer service. Honestly. I contacted to ask them a few "weird" questions for a very home-made setup, and also to report that my 10meters USB-C cable did not work properly in one of their devices. They responded to my email very quickly, answering to all my questions (basic, but not that easy to find nowadays...), solving my problems, and offering to send me a 10m compatible cable for free. On top of that, they tracked the parcel and asked me whether everything was all right after a few days. One of the best customer service I have received in years. And that's why I am here.

I contacted the customer sevice asking for extra sticker and adhesive because my device came off and they responded within hours and it’s delivered for free within 2 business days. What a wonderful after sales service 👏

I’ve been using Redtiger for a while now and honestly, their customer ecosystem is top-tier. Whenever I had technical questions, their support team got back to me within a single day. That fast response time is a huge plus. They also hook you up with great upgrades: I recently added their CPL filter to my setup, and it works incredibly well. On top of that, I upgraded to their dedicated external rear camera. To be completely honest regarding the performance: Sure, on my A6, the rear camera is "only" Full HD, so it's not some mind-blowing, absolute top-tier frontrunner compared to 4K sensors. It’s just not in a "cinematic, hollywood-like" movie quality xD But let’s be real—for a dashcam setup around the €150 price range, you really can’t expect more. It does exactly what it's supposed to do! You see everything perfectly, the colors are bright, the frame rate (FPS) is smooth, and reading license plates works absolutely fine. At the end of the day, you get a solid, reliable product backed by an incredible support team that actually cares.

My Dash Cam developed a fault. I contacted Red Tiger who responded the same day with advice to resolve the issue. Sadly this did not work and they offered a replacement. Excellent Customer service and Communication.

The product has been good quality from the moment I removed it from the box. A while after I installed the camera, I had an issue which customer service went beyond what I could have expected to help with resolution. I am extremely pleased with how the process went and how customer is exceptional with problem solving. I highly recommend their products and will always be a customer in the future.

Redtigers response was quick professional and on point. Super helpful with respect. They sent me what I needed that I couldn't find online anywhere with in 3-4 days. Keep doing what your doing because it works! Very hard to find such awesome customer service nowadays.

Ich habe mich an den Kundenservice gesendet, da meine Rückkamera nicht funktioniert hatte. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten bekam ich eine sehr freundliche Antwort und zwei Tage später hatte ich eine neue Kamera. Es ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert sowas ist man von anderen Anbietern nicht mehr gewohnt.
