Fast and accurate

Redtiger has proven to be an amazing company. The camera I had ( dual, back and front) was reasonably priced and if great quality. Enormous amount of options and features. After 3 years of no issues, the front camera packed up. The customer services help was not only punctual and precise but also very ind and understanding. Despite the warranty being 18 months they sent me a new cam for free. While this is not the norm it shows what amazing service you can get from Redtiger!

Easy install. I ordered the kit with fuse taps and the instructions made the install flawless. The fuse box cover wouldn't go back on after install, but I lost the cover about 5 minutes later anyway. Otherwise, I could have trimmed a hole out for the fuse taps to fit with the cover in. Running the wires was easy and the kit comes with trim tools and adhesive wire guides for where wires have to be exposed. This DIY install looks professional.

I opened my package to find there was no SD card for my dash cam. I politely emailed the customer service team at REDTIGER, and they were extremely polite. Not only were they professional, they also offered to send me a replacement for my SD card. Accidents happen inevitably, and I understand that they sell probably thousands of dash cams in a day. The issue was quickly solved and the team pulled through nicely. I love to see a company care about their product and customers. They are moving to fix their mistake and that’s why they get 5 stars from me. I can’t wait to receive my SD card to use my dash cam. Great job again and I look forward to purchasing other dash cams with this company in the future.

I have purchased multiple cameras from this company and it will be the only company that me, my family and friends will use moving forward. The customer service and responsiveness is absolutely world class. I have had a few questions/ small issues but the way they handle with care is extremely impressive. The person I typically deal with is Emma and she is amazing. More companies should be tan like this one. I will tell everyone I know to buy from Redtiger. Oh, and the cameras are awesome as well.

I purchased five of the dash cameras for my family and they work great! They are very easy to use and helped a lot when my son got into an accident we were able to review the footage about what happened. I did have an issue with one of the camera cameras and Support was excellent. They walked me through troubleshooting and when it could not be resolved, they replaced the unit under warranty with no issues. I highly recommend!

Meine Dashcam funktionierte nicht mehr. Ich meldete mich beim Redtiger - Team mit dem Problem meiner Dashcam. Innerhalb eines Tages bekam ich eine Nachricht mit einer Vielzahl von Problembehebungs-vorschlägen. Sollte das nichts nutzen sollte ich mich wieder melden. Ich mailte wieder Redtiger an und schickte die geforderten Nummern. Danach war ein paar Tage Funkstille, dann brachte mir der Postbote eine neue Dashcam. Toller Service, super Support. 10 Sterne für das Redtiger Team. Würde mir immer wieder eine Dashcam von Redtiger kaufen, da die Cam auch leicht zu bedienen bzw. einzustellen ist. Preisleistung passt auf jedenfall. Macht weiter so.
