I purchased the A4 car cameras. I was having trouble getting it to function properly and reached out. I received a message back very quickly. We worked together to resolve the issues and ultimately Redtiger sent me a replacement. I had some issues with the new one but Emma in customer service walked me through all the steps and I realized I had not used the power cord that came with it and instead used one from a previous device. It has worked great ever since. I’m sure the one I sent back most likely works fine since I didn’t have the proper power cord then. This happened over the course of a few weeks since I was recovering from pneumonia during that time. Emma was great and super patient with me. Great product and even better customer service! I highly recommend them both.

My front camera developed a problem, and it was way past the warranty period, but upon contacting RedTiger customer service, they sent out a new unit and it is now working great.

I have owned a REDTIGER F7NP for a couple of years now and it has operated and functioned great. I am able to effortlessly record my front and rear view perfectly. Unfortunately, one day it just stop working, there was no view and would not record anything. I had no idea what to do and Googled a few troubleshooting tips until I was directed towards their website where they have a vast and easy to read, step-by-step manual, tips and tricks for every camera. I followed the instructions and upgraded the firmware with no issue at all. However, the camera still did not operate. At this point I am beyond frustrated. Until, I reached out to customer service for help and what do you know, right before my very own eyes an angel emerged, Emma! From the very first interaction, the care, attention to detail and customer service in general was nothing short of amazing. Every question and concern I had was addressed and explained without fail. I was given the initial steps to resolve the issue. When that failed, I was given options to completely dissolve any doubt and rectify the issue to my satisfaction. I am now able to record my travels and enjoy my dashcam. Thank you REDTIGER, your time, effort and consideration has earned you a customer for life.

I bought two REDTIGER 4K Dash Cam Front and Rear F7NP units about 3 years ago, and both worked very well during this time. Unfortunately, after 3 years, one of the cameras failed. I contacted REDTIGER support to ask if there was any way to restart it, reset it, or troubleshoot the issue. I was expecting some basic advice, but their response was much better than expected: they offered to send me a replacement unit. Even more impressive is that the camera was bought from Amazon UK, and the replacement was sent to my new address in a different country within Europe. It is rare to see a company support a customer like this after several years of ownership. REDTIGER handled the situation professionally and showed that they stand behind their products.

Emma replied me from the begining. all team, leading Emma were great. Made effort to find any solution. at the end, because of my living country the only solution left is refund and they did it without hesitation. Great work, great experience for me as well.
