Red Tiger has one of the best customer support departments I have ever encountered. I had an issue with a dashcam mount not staying on to my windshield. Red Tiger responded promptly to all of my questions, then the provided me with free parts to help solve the problem. And on top of that, they followed up with me on the day the parts were to arrive to make sure I have received them and that the issue had be solved. Which is unheard of in today's transaction and AI based customer service norms. It was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had.

Hi! I am very much pleased with Redtiger Customer Support. Even impressed. My front camera stopped showing picture after two years of fine service. And the records were blank. Redtiger sent me a complete refurbished set right away. Free of charge. Even though I had bought my set on Amazon. That is a real Customer SUPPORT! I actually bought two sets. The company customer service is excellent. When I had problems with my f7n dashcam and I related my issues to Customer service, the response for troubleshooting was detailed and extensive and did not stop until I had a working dashcam.
