Highly knowledgeable and easy to talk to, Top Marks!
While setting up my SDIRA Donovan helped set things up within 5 days, we were able to discuss options comparing Bar Stock values v Collectable Rounds, Percentages of Gold v Silver, Coin Purity values and Weight values. Very friendly staff with a wealth of knowledge, Donovan should be proud to have Luiz and Peter on his staff. All 3 did a wonderful job.

Andrew answered all my questions and guided me, step by step, to converting my TSP into Gold and Silver via Red State Gold Group. Then, a few months later, I had a large medical bill that I had to pay. Andrew got me the forms to fill out and got me the cash I needed within a few days. Great Service!

Positively outrageous expertise and customer service
My representatives (Joel and Luiz) were amazing to work it. They took their time and explained every step in the process. They were patient with me, ensuring I understood all my options and the pros and cons of each option. Best experience ever……
I was absolutely blown away by the knowledge and expertise this group provides. Extremely easy to talk too and by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any transaction ever. Westin and Austin were the guys that made this transaction seamless and comfortable. Absolutely awesome dudes that I now consider friends. Their commitment to the customer is unmatched.
