Trip was cancelled due to an unexpected illness. I was advised to contact Redsky for questions/help & without any problems they were quite helpful. Bertram with Redsky was one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with & answered all my questions with patience & concern. I felt at ease speaking with him & the times when I called he advised that my calling was no problem & made sure we solved my concerns. I was so upset that we had to cancel the trip, my claim was resolved & I’m very thankful I had someone as nice as Bertram & I really thank him for all his help.

I thought my claim was handled very good. My person who help with my claim was very helpful.

The process was solid. As long as you have documentation, aiding your case, to exercise the use of the insurance and you submit all documentation, the process goes well and the Red Sky Insurance team is great to work with. James-

When I turned 64, a friend of mine had a skiing accident and could no longer ski. She was very happy with Redsky’s reimbursement of her IKON skiing pass. From then on, I always bought Redsky’s Ikon ski insurance. This past April, I had a medical emergency, and was advised by my doctors to not do any physical exertions until my situation was resolved. Redsky stepped in and returned the full amount I had ‘invested’ on my 21/22 ski pass. I will definitely continue to insure my travel plans with Redsky.

We had to cut our vacation short by five days, and we applied for a refund for that portion of the vacation. We were contacted immediately and helped get the process started. The agent kept me informed on what we needed to do and was very helpful. We received our refund today.

Thankfully I purchased trip interruption services for our family ski trip. One of my daughters became sick and tested positive for Covid while in Steamboat so she was unable to use her lift ticket. I was easily able to file a claim on line, upload supporting documents and Red Sky kept me informed every step of the way. I am confident the electronic transfer will occur as indicated within 2-3 business days.

Actually paid out! The only hassle was my urgent care uses Physician Assistants and they require an actual physician's signature. Easily resolved by my urgent care having the supervising physician sign.
