I am thankful my claim finally came through. I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get the return, but I guess there are a lot of dishonest people out there who would try to scam a company like this. I sincerely appreciate your help in getting the return.

We got a full refund for a weather-cancelled trip. The claim process was easy. The only downside was getting a paper check in the mail when I had requested an electronic deposit and having to wait several weeks for what seemed like a straight forward and simple claim. I will certainly use them again for future trips that might be at risk (vacations during hurricane season).

Very easy to deal with and easy to reach. Claims paid as soon as possible. Worth having

they were easy to talk too always very polite.

The first person I talked to was not very helpful. I called a second time and get very good help and assistance that I was able to follow. Having a real person to talk to made it very good. The email updates were very helpful to know that it was being addressed. If I had a question I called and was helped. It took a long time but the email updates were very helpful.

Bertram found out why I didn't get email updates as they had an error in the email address. He was able to give me a claim number and inform me I was being given a partial payment for my claim.

The whole process was easy. The only improvement would be better communication, I submitted claim and about two weeks later when I checked status online, it said that they needed more information to process, but was never told what was needed. After three weeks I called and was told they had evertything they needed. That was the only confusing part. So if online status stated they had everything and was in process would have been helpful.

Red Sky provided an easy on line method for submitting my claim. It was somewhat difficult to get in direct contact with the Pre-Adjuster and Adjuster. Forms were labeled as Travel Insurance although my claim had to do with my Ski Pass. This was confusing to my Doctor's Office. Communications sometimes took several days, but once contact was made Red Sky personnel were professional, courteous and helpful. My questions were always answered. When my Doctor submitted documents that were inappropriate for claim, adjuster contacted me by Email, and I was given time to contact Doctor in order to get documents filled out appropriately and submitted. The process took longer than I had hoped, but was settled in a fair manner.
