I have never purchased travel insurance but with the current state of everything, especially travel, and the cost of this trip, I decided to purchase it. Grateful I did because the event that faced us just prior to the trip was covered. The claim process was very smooth, communication was excellent, and their decision was prompt! Tropical Storm Ophelia shut down ferry service to our destination and caused us to loose 1 day of our vacation. We had to get a hotel and wait for ferry service to resume. RedSky reimbursed us for our hotel expense and for the day we missed at our rental . I am so glad we purchased this insurance. Thank you for taking care of us.
