Very fast, very easy to submit our claim. We had to file a claim due to a weather-related closure that affected our destination. We got a refund within a few days via Zelle direct to our bank account.

Your services were fine. I was happy to receive a check for $500 which was my original claim. I finally received a refund from the condo company which they never should have charged me for as I canceled within their cancellation policy. Won’t be going there anymore. Thank you.
