Arch Red Sky InsuranceReviews of redskyinsurance.com

Easy to work with/ answered all our questions/ very professional

Service is prompt but the representative was not as friendly

We had an unexpected event that took place which caused us to cancel our plans. The Travel Insurance through Red Sky was an expense we were glad we purchased. They were efficient in reviewing our claim and then fully refunded our trip. They were also very helpful in their methods and communication.

For our trip to Charleston, SC we had a medical emergency with our service dog that would have made travel during our vacation unadvisable. We consulted our travel destination provider and they encouraged us to file a claim with the travel insurance provider RedSky. The claim forms were simple to complete and requested documentation easy to upload. The RedSky team asked a lot of questions and we answered them to the best of our ability. With all the questions we were skeptical of getting a refund, but in hindsight they were just doing their job. We happy the team refunded our trip cost and will definitely use them on our next trip. Thank you RedSky.

Everyone I spoke to was patient and took the time to research the issues of my claim and help with a good resolution.

The claim process online was easy enough, but required a lot of scanning in of documents and submitting. After everything was submitted a 2nd request for more documentation to be filled out by the physician was required. That then had to be gotten to the proper area of the hospital, filled out, returned to me and then submitted. After that, the time frame of approval and receiving compensation was speedy.

I was able to file my claim easily. The document upload system worked well. Communication from the insurance company was clear and efficient. Updates on the claim status were timely and I received my insurance payment quickly.

The process was easy and straight forward to complete once a claim was made. Once filed, there were email updates, and I didn't have to speak with anyone. Efficient and clean. Much appreciated
