We are sorry that you feel this way, as it does not reflect the experience we strive to provide. To clarify, your initial inquiry came through our chat system during the weekend, outside of our normal business hours. One of our team members responded while away from the office and, unfortunately, overlooked part of your message regarding your availability. As a result, they asked for your availability again, which understandably caused frustration. Once management became aware of the situation, we contacted you directly, apologized for the misunderstanding, and worked to make things right. As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to waive all fees and provide our services at no cost. The agreement you received did not include a price because there were no charges associated with the service. It was never our intention to create confusion or suggest that additional fees would be added later. We would have welcomed the opportunity to address any remaining concerns, but after the agreement was sent, we did not receive any further communication from you. We remain committed to transparency and professional service, and we would still be happy to discuss any unresolved issues directly.
