Dear BRAND Owners, This company will Ruin your business. Do you know why? because they are making false claims to make them look active. They are removing your Genuine Items listing from sellers accounts. In end Seller and BUYERS will write about how bad businesses YOU BRAND OWNERS are. My one small item has been removed from EBAY. It was a genuine item as I have a receipt from store. I sent receipt to Red Points along with many followup emails but they have not reinstated my listing and are not even bothering to reply. On top of everything even the Original Brand is not bothering to help me. So I will simply fill all social media pages with details of how Bad is the Brand itself who does not care about their genuine customers.

Took down a lipstick I was selling on vinted. pixiinc-bp The item was bought by me!?? Intellectual property rights . I bought it from a shop. What are you talking about. Vinted is for selling what we don't use. You think I'll go buy a single lipstick fake to sell it for 4 pounds on a carboot site? I think this is A SCAM. If you don't want pixi items to be sold then do it by a BETTER MEANS, don't harrass people who buy a single lipstick from. Shop and sell it for mere 4 pounds on a car boot site like vinted!! I M sure you have better ways to claim intellectual property rights. I am not using your client's name . Simply selling an item I didn't use

False Claims / Items taken down via ebay. This company uses AI to scan ebay/amazon listings for their client base. They will "claim" your item has violated copyright and will be taken down for "brand protection"

Terrible company. Claim items are fake but have zero proof. My company has purchase receipts to prove otherwise. A bunch of unqualified people!

Reported me to ebay for using the brand name of the product I was selling in my listing. They were genuine products made by that brand name and not counterfeit.

Professional scammers, unethical trading, how are these guys operating. These guys represent a brand called K18, they go around telling platforms it’s fake just to take it down, when you respond with lawyers they don’t reply whatsoever. They will try contacting AWS, shopify etc,

This company removed listing on behalf of "Pampered Chef" however they have no actual knowledge of the company. They had multiple listing of mine removed, even though all products are authentic and I purchased them directly through the company. They even tried to remove listing that were no longer active or had active inventory. I have written to them, filled out the removal/retraction requests and it has gotten me nowhere. I plan on reporting this company for their fraudulent practices in as many legitimate sites as I can, as they are NOT a legitimate company working on behalf of their "companies" Im sure I will get a great canned response to this with the form to fill out, that I already have over and over again with no answer.

Agree with others.. Redpoint reports registered sellers to market places for copyright, even though the resellers purchase the branded goods from the official distributors. In my case, they decided to get me for using the WORD 'bullet journal' which is a general term used by various companies for the type of product. Images and such used were my own. Terrible company!
