Stay away from this company!!! I purchased a steering wheel cover and immediately upon receiving it, I emailed and called the business to attempt to initiate a return. No one would ever return my calls or respond to the emails I sent. I even went as far as filing a dispute with my banking institution to try and get them involved to help me get my $99.00 dollars back. In my opinion this company has extremely poor customer service and they do not care about the consumer!!

Missed my order, finally sent my steering wheel cover after several weeks of no contact. Recieved the thinnest material known to man, can easily rip it is half with 2 fingers- real leather doesn't do this. Didn't fit at all, spent hours sending pics explaining the issues, blamed me for intallation errors but you could clearly see there was no symmetry from left to right. I even offered to send my original patterns across, just like their website boasts. Refused to refund or rectify, started ignoring my emails completely. All I can say is, thank god for paypal. Not being able to leave negative feedback on their '5 star' website is a huge red flag P.S. they also posted my name and delivery address online, listing me as a 'scammer'

sell materials that do not fit and deal in bad faith when it comes to return policy/business in general. long waiting times for arrival of products and responses from support not to mention the rude responses you can get and acting out of unprofessionalism. in my case it was a steering wheel material for a S3/A3 8L where the work was carried out by a local professional and the material failed to even remotely fit. provided loads of documentation of the process and previous work by said professional but it was obvious to me that this seller never intended to deal in good faith from the start.
