Being a first time author, my time with RP was about five years. The first couple of years I had expected more interactions with my project manager or staff and felt a bit isolated in the process and confused about how my contract would change as my manuscript word count changed. That said, after talking with someone about it, I later received caring communication going forward. It’s all about communication.

The team is supportive, and also strengthening communication across the team would be beneficial so that everyone is up to speed on project status, billing, etc.
