Thank you for your kind words. We are thankful you had a great experience publishing your book with us. We strive for excellence in all we do. Your last statement is an important one, since that is a challenge that some (though not all) authors face. Traditional publishers only offer you a contract if you have a large enough platform for them to invest into you and your book with little risk of loss. On the other hand, we will work with authors who see the value of investing in their message and need to build or expand their platform and recognize a quality book as a door opener for greater traction. But herein lies the rub. No matter how you publish, traditional, hybrid (like Redemption Press) or DIY on KDP/Amazon – the author is still responsible for promoting and marketing their book. While our responsibility is to make sure the product is top notch but to also ensure the book is discoverable and available in all the normal channels, the author is still a key component to the books’ success in sales. While we have many authors whose books do sell well, it’s not a guarantee, that’s for sure. That is one reason we make free and low-cost training available for our authors to continue to position themselves for the best results. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve and excel!

Thank you, Marissa, for your kind words. I know part of your journey with us landed right in the middle of some internal transitions that became somewhat chaotic, so we worked hard to make up for the challenges you experienced. Looks like we succeeded in our aim to make things right. :)
