I paid over 6k. Your company has taken on to much!! My book is beautiful and the person that illustrated off of my drawings was amazing. Your communication is horrible and why is it always someone new that talks to me? I am a business man and have seen it many times. The Bible says money is the root of all evil!!

Dear Carey, I am the Publisher here at Redemption Press and I am so sorry you feel so angry over the way you believe we have treated you after receiving such a beautiful book. As I looked through the email threads I see an email that went to you on January 11 explaining that we have not yet received a W9 from you. If we do not have that on file, we cannot send out monthly payments. That is an IRS rule so we must abide by it. That email also explained that our annual royalties are paid out in May, but again we would still need that W9. One other point on communication mentioned in that email is that our bookkeeping department has called on several occasions (as well as emailed) and never received a call back. Our team is spread across the country and different employees handle different areas. This is our 10th year in business and we have an incredible team of believers who serve our authors well. I'm sorry you didn't seem to experience that. We would be happy to try to call you again to resolve your concerns, if you will allow us to do so.
