I purchased my first pre-loved luxury bag from Redeluxe. With no prior experience in the pre-loved market, I took my time finding the perfect consignment business to purchase from. The Redeluxe website pictures of my item were crisp and clear, the description of the condition was accurate, and the video that Georgia filmed to showcase the item further was informative. I placed the order on a Monday and received it on Wednesday from Texas to Ontario - the speed of this international delivery is truly unheard of outside of Amazon. Sales tax and duties were also covered and I thought that was an absolute killer bonus. The item came beautifully packaged with all the inclusions and the item itself was even more immaculate and pristine than I imagined. The attention to detail for every step of the purchasing journey was perfect. I also love that this is a small business that I’m supporting. I will be recommending Redeluxe to anyone who wants to buy pre-loved.

I'm from Germany and was very unsure about the buying process because it's outside the EU. but it was such a nice contact. customer service is excellent. very nice, always someone to reach. and within 2 days the bag was on my doorstep. without problems! Redeluxe has provided the best service from ordering, communication, and delivery. I ordered from them during their last “sale” and received my item 6/6/23. Quite behind in my review, but better late than never. The bag itself was packaged so beautifully, it’s like I bought it new in store. The condition was also way better than described, their attention to detail it top notched. I can’t wait to order more from them! Sadly missed out on a small black Chanel 19 goatskin, so now I’m closely monitoring their account and site for new items !! 100/10 recommend them to everyone.
