Unfortunately, we often get reviews from people that were never clients of ours (Like this review from yourself) which do not pertain to any genuine experience with our company. Hi Dee, In accordance with the CROA (Credit Repair Organizations Act) we charge our clients after that months work has been fully completed & received by the Credit Bureaus. In regards to you being able to 'Dispute' items yourself, you are correct, this is something you can do yourself and do not make any statements against that fact anywhere on our website or materials. Our clients choose to utilize our program for our expertise and experience in the field along with the various education we provide throughout the process. In reference to your Credit Karma account, we do not have any access to any of our clients accounts other than the one they have with us and we certainly do not interfere with anything they do outside of our service. We're sorry your experience with us was not positive and we wish you the best of luck!

In your case, we never had a chance to move forward with the work that needed to be done do to issues with your account. Hi Latasha, We should of done a much better job of educating you on the importance your part in the process. Unfortunately when you increase the limits being used on your cards (Especially when you utilize 100% of the limits) this will lower your credit score regardless of anything we can do on our end. We're very clear with our clients on there parts in the process and what they can do to help the process move forward. We're sorry you have a bad experience working with us but we only wish you the best of luck in the future!
