Dave from their support is terrible
Dave from their support is terrible. Very rude. Anyone looking to host a podcast don’t use Red Circle.

awful
Changing my review to 1 after they cancelled my account for no reason and without explanation with money owing in Stripe which they will not let me withdraw. Their customer service cancelled my ticket when I enquired as to why.

If you promote your podcast well they cut you off because you build an audience. They owe me over $250 and will never pay it out because they don't like the reach I have obtained.

Our Trust & Safety team determined that the downloads for this show were illegitimate. We have an obligation to our advertisers and other shows on our platform to ensure that all shows opted in to RAP follow our Terms of Service. Due to this violation of our Terms of Service, this user's account was removed from our Ad Platform.

Red Circle has the worst customer…
Red Circle has the worst customer service I have experienced in the podcast platform world. They pay very low for ads and then freeze accounts without any explanation. When you work hard to build a podcast audience and then they freeze your ads and not it’s you, feels pretty dishonest to me. I would avoid them if you want to make money on your podcast.

They make it difficult to cancel your subscription
They are more than happy to take your money without authorization. Don’t give them your credit card. They make it difficult to cancel your subscription
