We booked a return trip to Stansted airport. The 1st driver was horrific! He calked me several times as he couldn’t find our address, had no idea where he was going, told my neighbour to F@@k off because HE was blocking the road and swore twice more, each time he missed the turnings that WAZE directed him to turn down and was doing 90+ miles per hour on the M11. The return driver was ok, nothing special just OK after 10 phone calls he eventually found us and took us home. I would never use them again, worst mini cab company in the area!

Extremely disappointed with the service we received. We paid £80 for an airport transfer and expected to be dropped off at the airport drop-off point. Instead, the driver left us in the airport car park. He claimed there were roadworks preventing access, but after speaking to several other taxi drivers, they told us there were no such roadworks and that it was likely the driver was trying to avoid paying the £7 airport drop-off charge. I repeatedly and politely requested that the driver take us to the correct airport drop-off point, especially as I was travelling with my wife and our young child, but he refused. Several other taxi drivers even intervened and told him that, considering we had paid £80 for the journey, he should take us to the proper drop-off location. To resolve the situation, I agreed to pay the driver £10 less because I felt it was unfair that we were not receiving the service we had paid for. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the driver held onto my luggage and refused to release it until he received the full payment. This behaviour was completely unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress for my family. After I contacted the office, they agreed to refund £10, which I appreciate. However, this does not make up for the way my family and I were treated. No customer, especially one travelling with a wife and young child, should be put in this situation. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience and hope they take steps to ensure no other family is treated this way.

This company are staffed by total wasters, drivers are either late or 20 minutes too early, controller is better than useless, this is the 3rd time these CLOWNS have let me down, NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, well worth avoiding.

My son booked a cab to take him to Seven Kings Station as he was taking Elizabeth Line to airport. The driver came about 10 minutes late even though it was 5 in the morning It was raining and he didn’t even bother to get out of the car to help with the suitcases Very poor service, not going to use them again. I’ve been using them for airport run but will not use them anymore and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

I just had a little read of some of the reviews on this page which are not great and definitely echo my experience this morning.... I have actually been using redbridge cars for a number of years and before now never had any problems. Today I booked a cab to pick me up from whipps cross hospital as I'm heavily pregnant. When the drive arrived he was incredibly rude to me on the phone so much so that I didn't feel comfortable getting in the car with him alone. I thought perhaps it was just a one off driver with poor social skills and rang redbridge cars to explain and book another driver. I said I didn't mind waiting again for someone else to come and After around 15 minutes I thought I'd better just check with the cab office that they had been able to book one as usually they send a confirmation text straight away and I hadent received one. During this time the office had obviously spoken to the previous driver who needless to say had not been trutful about his behaviour on the phone and instead of apologising for him they too took quite an argumentative approach. I actuly hung up the phone on them in the end which is not something I'd normally do but I was a bit taken a back by what was going on there to be honest.!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I booked. There were 3 of us with 5 cases. I booked a six seater and was told I had to pay extra. The driver was late and made excuses. He also would not stop trying to justify charging us extra. NEVER again. Please save your money book with another company even if more expensive. They have spoilt which was the end of a lovely holiday.

This cheap company has the audacity to charge you for the service you don’t receive and when you call that fraud, their response is to tell you to do whatever you can. They owe me £160. Stay miles away from them for your own safety and safety of your loved ones.

Very poor service, often late and now demanding cash up front before taking a passenger. Driver blames the office, the office says it's up to the driver who is apparently self-employed. I would never use this company again.
