Ordered item 5/25 to be shipped by 6/2. 6/5 nothing.. cue crickets. Called and requested order to be canceled. Cancelation needed to be approved and would take 24 48 hours. No response in that time. 6/9 4 days after cancelation request item ships and can not be canceled. Creating a $69 shipping and restocking fee. Not sure if by design or chance. I choose to believe it was the normal self serving scramble. Can guarantee I will never purchase anything from this company again. Would suggest you do the same.

Ordered a product online that showed 6 in stock and ready for shipping the next day. Turns out that was a lie and the product was back ordered and not available to ship until mid-June. Don’t waste your money at this dishonest (at best) company!

I placed an order for a fishing reel for my son on January 8 (my son's Christmas money purchase), and received a notification on 1/14/2020 that it had been shipped. I received a UPS notification that my item had been delivered on 1/16/2020; however, I did not recieve the package. Upon tracking via the shipment email, I discovered my item was initially shipped from Hattiesburg, MS and delivered to Cranbury, NJ (RecreationiD headquarters). I live in Jackson, Mississippi--1.5 hours from the original package location. 3 phone calls later, and I still don't have my package. Each time, I speak with someone who puts me on hold for "3-5 minutes," and assures me I will have tracking information in "24-48 hours." Still no tracking information. Tonight, I called requesting a refund, and was told they had to "submit for a request for refund," and I should receive notification within 24 hours of the status of refund. We will see. I do not recommend ordering from this company. They may be great when they get the order right, but when something doesn't go as expected, they are incredibly inefficient and hard to deal with.

Don't believe what you hear from these folks. When I contacted them on 8Jan20 to cancel my order (due to shipment delay and a lack of response), I was told that my order had already shipped on 7Jan20. One week later on 13Jan20, I receive a shipment notice email that links me to the UPS tracking system. Per the UPS system, the shipping label WAS CREATED on 10Jan20, TWO DAYS AFTER I CALLED & THREE DAYS AFTER I was told it had already shipped... either these people are inept or dishonest. Take your pick. Never again.

I would NOT recommend this company. Last Thursday I called to order a book bag for my daughter and they said they confirmed it would arrive by today 8/12. I checked online over the weekend and the status kept stating the "estimated ship date" was Friday 8/9. I called today and was informed that the item was on backorder. They said I could pick another color but even then it wouldn't be delivered until Thursday. What kind of company doesn't confirm something is in stock and doesn't follow through to make sure items ship on time? They did refund my money but completely lost my trust. I will never do business with them again. Same book back is available on Amazon.

Placed a order on an item listed in stock, waited a few days and it still said my items was not shipped. I called and was told that there was a delay and it would be shipped the next day, after the next day it still was not shipped. Finally after a week I wasn’t told they cannot fulfill the order and there website was not up to date. So now I’m still waiting to get my refund. Don’t waste your time with these people!!

Placed an order on 5/21 that was specficied as "in-stock", the item has been delayed three times and is currently not scheduled to ship until 7/31, thats 8 WEEKS of delay on an item that was supposed to ship same or next day. This is completely unacceptable and I will be canceling the order and will not be shopping here again.
