Order 34959286 on 6/2/20. Never got my product, asked for a refund. They won’t respond or refund me. Horrible company!!!! Total scammers. I am still waiting on my refund and it’s now 7/26/20. Scammers-STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!

Worst experience ever in purchasing on the internet totally unethical company. If I could leave no stars I would. Accidentally purchase a incorrect pistol backpack. Immediately called an spoke with Sheila and was informed it would be credited back to my account. Sent emails and called twice each time told 24 to 48 hours - a week later and no credit so I charged it back through my credit card company. Every other company cancels the order/charge as it had not posted to my account yet two days later the $156 posted and all I received was a run around. Other ethical companies have the same products DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU MAYBE SORRY!!!

Ordered 2 surfboards and chatted with customer service to make sure one was in stock as it showed, on their site, there was only a couple left in stock. "Oh yes," we were told. Two weeks later we received an email stating one board was on backorder and would be delivered in six weeks. When we inquired about the second board we were told it would ship the next day(two weeks AFTER initial order.) Well the next day has come and gone, and gone, and gone, and gone, and gone, and gone, and gone, and we're still don't know why THE ONE BOARD THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAD(Well, really, they were both in-stock when we ordered them) STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. They are holding my order so they can ship both boards together and save on shipping. This company SUCKS! YOU SHOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Do not trust this company. They don't actually carry most of the items they advertise. They list items and wait for an order to be generated and THEN go looking for it. Then, when they can't find the item, they tell you lies upon lies about how the "manufacturer" screwed up and they are in contact with the manufacturer and keep getting updates. With my items, rod and reel, separately, each time I got the same, canned lies. I contacted the manufacturers HQs and inquired. None of the manufacturers know who RID is and don't have them in their databases, either as a customer or vendor or retailer. They don't know who they are and they don't send out individual updates and don't even deal with single item sales. They are a bulk manufacturer to select companies. Of which RID is not one. And no matter who you speak to, no matter when you speak to them, they tell the same lies that have already been exposed as such. Even when I tell their customer service people not to tell me the specific lies I quote, they come back with the exact same lies, word for word. Do a Google search on their company and look at the reviews. There are countless reviews listing the same exact lies for countless customers, word for word. If you buy with this company, you will deserve whatever you get because you have been warned. These are not baseless opinions, I have done the legwork and made the calls to HQs of multiple manufacturers of RID's inventory and they don't do business with RID in any way. This is a fact, not opinion. You've been warned.

Be careful with this business. Website said product was in stock and ship the next day (which is why I ordered). That next day, informed me that the product was not in stock and would ship in 5 weeks.

I called to make sure they had product. Showed 34 now 2weeks later get an email on back order. Very dishonest business. Hope you have better luck or sense

Ordered a Razor MX350. I was told the item would ship I think it was within a week. After several requests for updates as to why the item hasn’t shipped, I conveniently get an email that it shipped. For nearly a week the status didn’t change from “shipping label created”. During that week again I requested updates and when they wouldn’t provide them, I requested the order be cancelled. The rep told me the item was cancelled and I would receive a refund with 48 hours. 3 days later still no refund. Amazon ended up having the bike for a better price so I planned to buy from them. Suddenly the bike shows up one month after ordering. RecreationId wanted to charge me to and from shipping fees to return the item even though I canceled it before it shipped, was told it was cancelled, and was told I would get a refund. I will not buy from them again. They are dishonest in order to get you to order from them. Once you order you’re pretty trapped even if you cancel the order through their customer service.

NEVER RECEIVED ITEM- waited 3 months! I ordered an item in April and finally had to request for cancellation in June because the item never shipped/arrived. Today is 6/19/2020 and I finally had enough! According to their last email to me, the item was shipped out June 5. It never arrived and when I called, they said it was on back order for parts (?!)...Then, in a phone call to them earlier this week, they said their inventory showed they had 5 in stock and they do not know why my item did not ship on June 5...I told them I'll wait another few days for them to find out what happened. I called them again today for an update only for them to tell me they are waiting for parts again-!! and the "New Estimated Ship Date: No ETA". I told them to cancel and process my refund. While the rep had me on hold to process my refund, I logged into my Amazon PRIME account and ordered the same item in less than 2 minutes that will arrive in 2 days! 2 DAYS! SAME ITEM! SAME PRICE! After holding about 5 minutes, the rep finally got back on the phone and said the refund will take 3-5 days! What did I expect?!!!! This is why Amazon is continuing to dominate the e-commerce industry and kill businesses like RECREATIONID. I will never order from RECREATIONID again. Just a note, the item was not available on Amazon back in April but would be back in stock in 2 weeks. I did not want to wait. RECREATION ID said they had the item in stock. I didnt imagine it taking longer than 3 months to ship. DO NOT ORDER FROM RECREATIONID.
