I would put no stars if possible. When I found the order would take weeks to arrive, I tried to cancel my order. They say it takes 3 to 5 days to cancel. This company appears to order the item from a supplier when the order is placed. You have to wait for the item to ship to them then them to you. Then they don't want to refund when you find out how long it takes to get the item. I wonder if they even have a warehouse or just sell 3rd party. Nothing but bad for me. Amazon can have the item at my door in 2 days ID can't even refund an item they don't have in 3 days. I recommend stay away!!! I couldn't immagine their return process. YUCK!

ordered a Savior case on december 11, 2020, waiting, website says order processing. few days pass, i chat with customer service about order updates. they say, should be shipping out in a few days. i understand. its christmas time after all. finally, today, december 21, 2020, i chat with cust svc again. they say, sorry, the item is not in stock. im pissed off. when was someone going to let me know? anyhow, i requested a refund. now i have to wait 3-5 days to see if that happens. nonsense. never ordering from this company again..

Ordered two lithium batteries total with tax and shipping was $433.90. Batteries arrived each had a broken battery terminal. One battery repackaged and hardware loose in the bottom of the box. They paid and arranged for UPS to pickup the damaged batteries. I called and asked how long before I received a refund and they dtated it was already in processed. Several days later and 3 phone calls, I received an email stating that my refund of $196.00 was completed. I called and informed them that I was supposed to be refunded the complete amount of $433.90 They responded that I would eventual get the complete refund and that it would be 3-5 days to investigate. It is my opinion, due to my experience and other reviews on this site, that this company is shady and I strongly recommend others to beware

They claimed to have an item in stock. Within a few days, they sent me an email saying it wasn't available. I canceled the order and now a week has gone by and the charge is still on my account without a refund. The customer service agent was rude and explained that they can take longer to refund my money. This is fraud and their website description is deceiving by saying they have something in stock when they knew they didn't!

Bought camo pants, that described exactly what I wanted and had ordered before. This time, pants came with buttons, not zipper. I called and said nothing in description said buttons. Response was, should have watched the video because would have shown there. I said I ordered same pants before with zipper, I had just read description, why should I have to watch the video which was different than the description. They said, send back, but I pay restocking fee and shipping. I raised complaint, people on Their customer service call were rude, and they disregarded my opinions
