I've ordered from here twice now, both orders have had one defective item but they have replaced both of them exceptionally quick. I legit get the tracking info showing up before the email back from support is how fast it is.

Overall very good product when the carts aren't clogging, but yes 2 out of the 4 carts clogged and would make me suck the oil into my mouth. The other 2 carts had a nice flavor and worked very well.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve encountered a problem with our cartridge. Delta 8 is a very viscous oil, which means it is inherently prone to clogging. This can be remedied by blowing air back into the mouthpiece, manually dislodging the blockage with an object, or gently heating up the oil with a hairdryer. Clogging is caused by unused vapor remaining in the mouthpiece so the easiest way to prevent this is to continue inhaling after the device stops activating to ensure no vapor remains in the mouthpiece. Cartridges should also be kept in the upright position when not in use. Please reach out to us if this issue persists. Thanks!
