This service is a SCAM! I got a demo file with a message inside that it's just a demo and after payment I will get the whole file. The demo file was 6 pages and the original file should be 60 pages. After paying I got the same demo file without the rest of the pages. The service has not been performed, more than 56 pages from the file are missing. This is plain cheating. Earlier, it should have been stated that only 6 pages can be recovered, not that the rest will be recovered after payment.

Programme doesn't recognize my DVD when it's in the reader, so useless.

Dopo aver effettuato la riparazione online (senza possibilità di visualizzare un'anteprima) ho dovuto pagare per avere il file "riparato". In realtà, nello zip scaricato, c'era un file di testo con il seguente messaggio: "Unfortunately, the PowerPoint presentation itself could not be recovered.". Avrebbero dovuto dirmi prima del pagamento che non era possibile recuperare la presentazione Powerpoint. Ho pagato per un servizio non ricevuto.

They are complete liars - guilty of deceptive marketing and fraud. They specifically claim the tool will convert Hushmail. However, upon downloading, all the Hushmail emails are encrypted gibberish so useless. They know that but continue to sell it as downloading Hushmail anyway!!! And they refuse to give a refund.
