The program perfectly copied the broken file from the DVD disk. The crash was in the middle of the VOB file, and the player jumped to the end of it. The program almost lossless copied the wrong place, so now I can watch the movie completely. There is no limit to a joy! Thanks to the author!

I downloaded the free Recovery toolbox for CD, DVD, BluRay as my copy of Mystery men that I wanted to back up to my NAS stopped dead in the same place despite several attempts. RT did it's job faultlessly, and left me with a perfect fault free copy. And all this for free! Great bit of software, took a while but it was looking at 8.3Gb it sailed through the DVD quickly until it got to the damaged bit and worked on it for about 2 hours.

I'd an old program CD that had a big scratch in it. Not only was it too expensive to replace, it was also very old. Recovery Toolbox managed to copy the files for me when nothing else had worked, so my system is now working again. A great app.

Years ago we saved our precious Hi8 video's on DVD's. Somehow over the years the DVD's got corrupted. Recovery Toolbox CD saved all of the movies perfectly. The really bad DVD's took some time (some took over an hour) to get recovered, but it worked out great. Best thing is,it is very simple to use. Thumbs up!
