I sent a powerpoint for repair but not all the slides were recovered and there were no notes and content just partial. The graphics are not recovered but with that I could live but the notes was full of drafted things I just did not want to redo again. A waste of time and money for me.

Used this three times now without any success at all! You spend about an hour waiting for it to occupy , in my case, eight gig of space on your hard drive, only to get half way through the install process after copying, to get " Error, source file can't be found". Really disappointed. This has happened to me three times now so in all honesty, cannot recommend this product...sorry.

If i would have a chance to give 0 stars..I would have given..how many a times we may try it, it shows failed..Think this is a way to collect email IDs and cheating people..I've tried to recover my file in multiple websites like this and the same thing happens there

Don't see the customer or understand him. they speak logical and automatic response! I have used their purchased software for 5 minutes and request refund right away because it did not work on my files! they declined, they prefer to take money than please their customers!!

Tried on two separate failed DVD's. It took FOREVER. Running for about three days with no other programs running on my windows 10 PC. Would not recommend.
