I purchased a WaterRower machine from Recoveryforathletes recently. I had already made purchase before I fully investigated reviews here. I was concerned. The actual fact here is that I ordered on a Friday and received the product 9 days later. This seemed very reasonable to me. The machine was shipped from manufacturer directly to my house in New Mexico. I gave four stars as when I made initial call I was told there was a shipping cost in spite of advertising that stated shipping was free. I was told manufacturer wouldn't allow free shipping due to lowering cost if bought directly. sounded reasonable. I am satisfied so far.
