Great company, great products, 10/10 recommend

We had an issue with an item shipped that was received in less than desirable condition , The item was received on a Friday evening and I left messages concerning the condition and within one hour of their returning to the office from the weekend Anthony contacted me asking for pictures and after receiving them contacted me again within the hour advising "it was in the mail"! I couldn't be happier as it is for my wife in hopes it will help her condition.

I had no issues at all,, I was worried because of the reviews that I saw online which was after my purchase but the guys at this business did as they said they would. I’m happy with the service received, satisfied with the massage chair and also they 100% gave the best price available anywhere. 5 stars

Bought a Garmin watch on sale at new year's that was a great deal. I decided to leave a review here and share my experience due to the poor reviews I saw and had me concerned. The watch was dispatched on the same day and delivered pronto by UPS, great job!

I have worked in the customer service industry for the past 15 years, have bough numerous items online and local with paid service but I have not witness such awesome customer service and care as show by this company. I have worked with Hayes, a CSR from RFA since I bought his treadmill. I paid for the in home certified assembly however the treadmRead more about review stating Phenomenal customer service and follow upill is over 700lbs. After numerous emails, and phone calls between myself and Hayes, he had the company hire an outside moving company to move the treadmill to my basement on their dime. I goes to show the level of dedication they have for the customers and I just want to say how much I appreciate their service in keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. When a company takes care of you from the beginning to make things right, I have no hesistation that they will go the extra mile for you when things go sideways.

I came across this company when I was purchasing my WaterRower machine and they were wonderful. They had the most competitive prices, helped me greatly in choosing the right model for me and it was just all around a great experience from placing the order to shipping and delivery. It was a backordered product so I was braced for a long wait time but it shipped earlier than expected, perfectly packaged & I got emails updating me of the status every step of the way. Thank you!! : )
