From Shame to Radical Honesty
When I first met Jordan I didn’t realize how bad my narcissism was messing up my life. I just knew I kept ruining relationships, hiding behind lies, chasing approval, and never feeling good enough. I thought I was smart enough to figure it out on my own, but the truth is I was blind to so much of it. Jordan helped me see myself for real. He showed me where I was avoiding the truth, but not in a way that made me shut down. He pushed me, but he also made me feel safe enough to be honest for the first time in my life. That’s when I started to see the shame underneath everything—how much it was controlling me, making me act like someone I wasn’t. Finally understanding my shame has been huge for me. This work is brutal sometimes. It hurts to admit the things I’ve done and the person I was pretending to be. But Jordan doesn’t let me run away from it. He doesn’t sugarcoat. And weirdly, that’s exactly what I needed—someone who could cut through my bullshit but still believe I could change. Since working with him I feel more real, more human. Life feels more vibrant. I’m learning to drop the masks, stop trying to control everything, and actually love and accept myself. I’ve still got a long way to go, but I know I’m on the right path. If you’re struggling with narcissism, or shame, or just feel lost in yourself—Jordan has tools to help you face yourself. And if you’re willing to do that, it can change everything.
