RecordofferReviews of recordoffer.com

I got in contact with the scamers through a valid sales site called Klarna, which I have used before. After debting my account they said my product should arrive in 7 working days. They sent me a link to deliveries-king.co.uk to track tge delivery of my order. After 7 days, they sent me an email saying there is a problem with the order due to volume and its been delayed and offered 20% refund of the product price. A couple of days later. They sent me another email saying that they will offer the full refund with the 20% refund of the price and it should be in my account in 5 working days. After more than 5 working days I didn't receive any refund. I tried calling the contact number on the site but its not active and also they stopped responding to my emails. Also the link to the delivery tracker became inactive. Below are more details of the names, and websites they use. Please avoid! Bought a phone from them with the promise that it would be delivered in 5 working days, however, received a tracking that said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Called them but no one answered. Since there is no cancel order page, emailed them and they replied with: "You should expect it by Friday." However, Friday past and the phone never came and they are not replying to my emails. I am just happy that I used my Amex so I would be able to claim my money back.

They informed me about a delay in my delivery due to high demand, and I trusted their explanation and agreed to the delay. However, the product never arrived, and despite their promise to refund me, I have not received the refund, scammers

Fraudulent business!

Scam scam. Same as others. Refund with an extra 20% ffs hate getting ripped off

Don't waste your money buying from this site. Same experience as your other reviewers, sent money got tracking info which does not work , told they had more demand for product and wouldtake longer to arrive, then told product not available and they would refund me the full price and 20% extra all lies!! Beware this is a SCAM!,

I bought phone i didn’t receive I buy from klarna I don’t know How I get money back

This is a SCAM beware. Same thing happened as others experienced, bought phone from recordoffer, paid wessex appliances, supposed to be delivered from Delivery King but nothing, they emailed me to say there was a delay in delivery cause of high volume of sales and would l like 20% off or refund, l chose refund but still waiting.
