I was super bummed to begin with because I ordered my husband a replacement headphone that he needed. When I asked him if the replacement was good, he more or less said it worked separately without his other headphone, though he could not pair them together. I emailed RecellExchange and was promptly given instructions on how to pair the headphones together. It was such an easy fix and their customer service is top notch. I would definitely order from them again.

The AirPod I bought came in excellent condition and connected to the case, I’m excited to receive my other replacement AirPod knowing it’ll also come in great condition, I can’t connect it to my phone yet since I need two but knowing it connected to the case I have high hopes they’ll be great quality.

I purchased Airpods 2 from RecellExchange and my experience had been exceptional. They shipped the package in time and provided tracking number promptly. However my package got stuck on the way and almost got lost in shipment. I contacted the support and they immediately jumped into action to find it with delivery company. In the meantime they stayed in contact with me to provide updates and even submitted an insurance claim and offered to send replacement. Due to some miracle the shipping company found the package and provided new delivery date. I contacted support to cancel insurance claim since package was found and they promptly managed that as well. Finally the day of delivery came and I was little sad to see badly damaged package as if a robot chewed it and spit it out, but the product inside was in good condition due to good amount of packaging. I contacted support to let them know that I received the product and what happened to package, for which they apologized and again offered replacement if there was any damage or I was unsatisfied with product in any way, however since the product was good I decided to keep it. That said, my experience with smooth transaction, prompt shipment and exceptional support, I would not hesitate one bit to purchase anything from them. It is becoming rare for companies to provide even half the support RecellExchange and appreciate their care for customer.

The price was great, shipping was fast. Took me a little bit to get them to pair together. But the sound is clear as if they were brand new.
