The air pod (right side) came in a timely manner and I have been using it since April 28th and have had no issues with connectivity or audio. It has fallen once while move at high speed and again while walking and still works fine. I hope I don’t have to anytime soon, but if were to require a replacement I would get it from them.

I ordered a replacement earbud and got it in just a few days but for whatever reason it wouldn’t pair with my other ear bud. I used ReCell’s live chat and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable but we still couldn’t get it to pair. RECELL had me return it free of charge and FedEx’d me a replacement at no charge! Incredible customer service!!
