Bruce is literally the best. I ordered the wrong item and of course, figured it out 20 minutes after ordering. I sent an email and gave a call, and was unreasonably stressed about the whole thing, figuring nothing would happen before shipment. Within FIVE minutes, Bruce called me back and said instead of cancelling the order, he would just make an exchange on the spot! He helped me confirm the right item and shipped it promptly. Service was so good I’ll be ordering another replacement AirPod today!
