Everything went wrong, I did research after the fact.. So the first samsung bud stays the same name, then after I followed every step it decided to make a whole new device without a goddammit case, how's that possible?? that's samsung for you. Making 2 different devices when I only have 1 case smh

Wrong item No customer service, sent the wrong item packaged with a correct item, 2 different generations. You’d think a tech company wouldn’t be as stupid as this.

Worst customer service I've experienced. I'm so confused by these interactions. The issue: My package never arrived. Instead of refunding or reshipping, they have sent me a million emails, called me (how do they even have my number?), sent me a form to "begin an investigation," and then still won't confirm whether they are refunding me. They make you feel like a criminal when you are already frustrated and disappointed that your package is missing. I hope to still get a refund, but I'm getting a sense that their business tactic is to make you jump through a million hoops, which some people won't do, so then they don't have to pay for when these things happen. I understand it's not their fault if a package goes missing after it's shipped, but don't most businesses have a process/protections in place for this? I'm so frustrated and annoyed and now I still need to order Airpods. I was really trying to avoid ordering from Amazon. Maybe I'll try Best Buy. But this small business is not equipped to treat their customers respectfully. :(

Not a trustworthy company. I won a giveaway of theirs on instagram. They tagged me and other people as the winners. I messaged them, and emailed them, and they ghosted me. They never responded, or gave me my prize. Any company who’d do that is not worth giving your business to.

I ordered a replacement airpod and it has been almost 2 weeks without my package and it has not moved from its location. They’re telling me I cannot cancel it and I have to wait 5 MORE DAYS to see if they will refund me or send me a replacement truthfully the worst experience ever and the least amount of help given. Just go buy one from Apple yeah it’s expensive but at least you’ll actually get it
